Abstract Guideline

* All abstracts must be submitted online.

Abstract Guideline
Language English only
Word Limit Abstract Title
  • A concise title not exceeding 30 words.
  • Should clearly reflect the content of the abstract.
  • Capitalize only the first letter of the title. (exception: proper/unique words)
  • Titles in ALL CAPS are not allowed.
Abstract Body
  • Maximum 300 words
Abstract Format Structure
The abstract body can be written as a structured abstract (original article) or single paragraph abstract (case study).
  • Original Article: Summary description of study/research set out in a systematic, stylized form under headings structured in: Objectives – Methods – Results – Conclusions.
  • Case Study: In-depth analysis of one individual or group written in single paragraph without stylized headings.
Pictures/Graphs/Tables Not allowed (insertion and attachment both prohibited).
Authors Do not include academic degrees or titles.
Notes
  • The submission system will not accept abstracts that do not meet the size requirements.

Step for Submission

  • Please kindly be reminded that all submitted abstracts must be written in English only. Speakers must submit their abstract(s) in accordance with the submission process outlined on our website and using their personal website ID.
  • Sign up and Login Step 1

    Sign up and log in on this website. If you are already signed up on this website, you can use your account for your abstract submission.

  • Submission and Confirmation Step 2

    After entering all required abstract contents, a confirmation letter will be sent to the presenting author via email.

  • Review & Modification Step 3

    You can review or modify submitted abstracts until March 9 (Mon), 2026 by visiting “My Page” on the KAAACI 2026 website.

  • Acceptance Notice Step 4

    An acceptance notice will be sent to the presenting author and corresponding author on March 27 (Fri), 2026.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee following the standard review process.
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent by email to the presenting author, corresponding author, and submitting author after March 27 (Fri), 2026.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not complete registration by the pre-registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically removed from the final program.
  • If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please notify the Secretariat in writing as soon as possible at (sci@kaaaci.or.kr)
